“The Riveredge property is very dated, and in need of maintenance. A few specific items: clear packing tape used to close carpet seams throughout the building; poorly outfitted fitness center; in our room, a window that had fallen out of the track, and a sliding closet door that also out of track. Bed was uncomfortable. A bright spot: the Windows restaurant for breakfast. Overall, we were disappointed enough to cut our 6-day stay to 3.”

“The rooms seemed clean but the floors are not mopped. My feet were black. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was generated and staff is very helpful and friendly”

“Rooms small and although mine had some updates, there were still more to do The bed springs made noise when you moved. The bathroom old and in need of updating. Definitely far from a resort' On the plus side, the beds were clean and the bathroom towels were excellent”

“The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our very late check in time. The room overall was nice and clean though the air unit didn’t keep the room cool enough. Breakfast was very good, a wide enough selection to choose from.”

“This was our 2nd year staying here for our girls weekend. We enjoy how easy and friendly the check in was. We were early but had no problem checking in. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and it was quiet. The pool was wonderful and breakfast hade a nice variety of. We will be back again!”

“Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.”

“Everyone we met from the staff was polite and accommodating. We parked right by the room. We had some much needed coffee and tea in the morning. It was a very relaxing place and we couldn't have been happier with all we found.”
