“Pleasant staff”

“We got exactly what we wanted. A room with a beautiful view of the River and Bolt castle. The resort was very clean and well staffed. The only problem we had was timing. We got there a week late. Everyone had left and nothing was open. Maybe next year we will visit the castle. Alex bay is a ghost town after October 15.”

“It’s great option for an overnight cross-border shopping trip. The bed was comfy, the hotel was quiet, and the location is great. Some reviews say the property is outdated, and while it’s obviously not new, there is no carpet in the room we stayed in, which makes it feel more modern. The breakfast was… fine. Not much selection but it fuelled our shopping day!”

“Nice location”

“I would come back to this hotel for the water pressure alone, goddamn that shower was amazing”

“Great breakfast”

“Had no issues here everyone was so friendly and it was a great place close to everything”

“The beds were ok.”

“Because Hampton Inn is our usual “go to” hotel when we’re on the road, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet in our room and the bathroom floor. Fitness Facility floor could also use a good cleaning Otherwise, standard Hampton Inn quality.”

“We enjoyed a lot to stay in your place on Columbus Day Weekend in the heart of Alexandria Bay Town, the room was clean and right next to the dock you can park your boat or go fishing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed delicious coffee they serve all day long in the lobby and also you can use toaster and microwave to warm up your meals, outside next to the dock is nice picnic area with girls, vending and ice machines and lots of tables, beach...

“The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful. We definitely stay there again if we happen to be the area.”
